Deems Dickinson Designated Broker/ President

As the Designated Broker for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Deems Dickinson strives for high ethics and professionalism in the business. He expects his sales associates to work with integrity to provide the best service possible to their clients. His commitment to these standards includes serving as chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee for the Arizona Association of Realtors. With close to 30 years experience in sales and management, Deems has witnessed firsthand the growth and annexation of the communities of Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Mike Balzotti Executive Vice President, Training and Development

Mike Balzotti has owned, operated, and managed residential real estate companies for over 30 years. Mike"s motto is people do business with whom they want to do business. Therefore, the operational goal is to provide a high caliber business milieu that continually seeks to refine and redefine itself accordingly; an organization environment that attracts engaging, serious minded professionals capable of delivering top-notch client services worthy of the Sotheby"s tradition. Yvonne Kemmerer brings her 23 years of expertise in real estate sales to her position as branch manager for Russ Lyon Sotheby"s International Realty"s West Valley office, where she is dedicated to helping develop and train agents to the company"s demanding standards. Despite her title, Kemmerer considers herself more of a leader than a manager. By advocating first for the consumer by offering them only the highest levels of service and then for the agents by helping them develop their business, the company can only grow as a result.

Bill Ramseyer Branch Manager, Carefree

Sherri Darris-Monteith Operations Manager, Sedona

Sherri Darris-Monteith brings seven years of professional experience to her position as Operations Manager of Russ Lyon Sotheby"s International Realty"s Sedona office. She is committed to creating an uplifting, morale-boosting atmosphere in which sales associates are compelled to produce their best work; she strives to ensure their happiness and satisfaction, whether recruiting and training new agents or managing the office"s day-to-day operations.

Cheryl Preston Relocation Director

As Director of Relocation for Russ Lyon Sotheby"s International Realty, Cheryl manages the company"s incoming relocation activity and works closely with corporations moving their employees into and out of the State of Arizona. Cheryl has been with Russ Lyon for over 30 years as a sales agent, manager of a branch office and for the past 10 years overseeing the relocation division. During Cheryl"s tenure in relocation, the division has received numerous awards for outstanding performance. Cheryl is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, the Relocation Directors Council and serves as Treasurer for the Arizona Relocation Council. She has both her CRP and her CRB designations.

Dave Balzotti has been providing technical assistance for the Valley"s top brokerages exclusively for over 9 years. Known for his above and beyond technical assistance, Dave has earned a reputation for being extremely capable and efficient in problem solving.
