Jim Lyon / Chairman
Jim Lyon is the third generation Lyon to lead Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Jim is an Arizona native and graduate of the University of Arizona. He started his real estate career with Russ Lyon Commercial Real Estate and went on to serve in numerous managerial capacities for Russ Lyon Realty Company. In 2004 Jim partnered with Todd Gillenwater and opened franchise offices in Sedona and Flagstaff where he served as Designated Broker in Flagstaff. In 2008 Jim and Todd purchased Russ Lyon Realty Company from his father Dennis and merged their franchise operations to create Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. He has served as Chairman of the Board since 2008. Jim, his wife Robin and two boys reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Todd Gillenwater / CEO
Todd Gillenwater an Arizona native and graduate of San Diego State University. He received his Arizona real estate license in 1989 and joined Russ Lyon Realty Company in 1994. After a successful sales career in the Carefree office, Todd partnered with Jim Lyon in 2004 and opened Russ Lyon Realty Company franchise offices in Flagstaff and Sedona. Todd served as Designated Broker for the Sedona office until 2008. In 2012 Todd was appointed by his partners to Chief Executive Officer where he is currently involved in all facets of the company. Todd, his wife Nancy and twin girls reside in Flagstaff Arizona.
Tom Locati / Executive VP Business Development
Tom Locati came to Arizona after owing and operating a successful oil and gas company in his home state of Montana. He started his real estate career with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty as a sales agent in North Scottsdale and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the company's top producing agents. He retired from sales and became a co-owner of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty in 2012 and serves in numerous business development and strategic planning roles for the company. Tom resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Brad Hebets / VP Business Development
Brad Hebets an Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Brad worked in public accounting for 15 years and became a partner in Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty in 2008. Brad has served in numerous capacities for the company and is currently Vice President of Business Development. Brad, wife Celeste and two daughters reside in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Deems Dickinson, Designated Broker / President
As the Designated Broker for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Deems Dickinson strives for high ethics and professionalism in the business. He expects his sales associates to work with integrity to provide the best service possible to their clients. His commitment to these standards includes serving as chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee for the Arizona Association of Realtors. With close to 30 years experience in sales and management, Deems has witnessed firsthand the growth and annexation of the communities of Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Sandy Young, Branch Manager, Scottsdale Waterfront
As Branch Manager of the Scottsdale Waterfront office, Sandy shares her twenty-five years of real estate experience with the agents she supports, as well as with the Arizona real estate community. She has made significant contributions through her involvement with the Arizona Association of Realtors, and continues to serve on the Grievance Committee. Sherri Monteith brings eleven years of professional experience in her position as branch manager of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty's Flagstaff office. Connie has been in corporate relocation for over 30 years and has been recognized locally and nationally as a leader in the relocation industry.
Tod Christensen, Branch Manager, Sedona
Tod Christensen has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1997. Originally a top producer in Rapid City South Dakota Tod became the manager of a large company there four years into his Real Estate Career. The management path eventually took him to Sedona Arizona where he managed Russ Lyon's top competitor for nearly nine years before he was convinced to join the good guys at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Tod has received numerous awards both in individual sales and management achievements. He has also been hired to speak at some of the Real Estate industries largest conventions in San Francisco and Orlando to name a couple. Tod's experience has allowed him to oversee and participate in over 10,000 Real Estate transactions and manage over 300 Realtors giving him a very qualified and educated opinion on Real Estate issues, both on a industry wide basis and also on a personal transaction level.
Jacque Brasher, Branch Manager, Tubac
Jacque Brasher brings 24 years of experience to her new role as branch manager of the Tubac office. She has worked as a salesperson, branch manager, owner and designated broker primarily in the Southern Arizona area. Jacque has been very involved in the real estate community on local and state levels and is currently the immediate Past President of the Green Valley & Sahuarita Associations of Realtors. She is committed to community involvement and currently serves as a director of the Tubac Chamber of Commerce. Jacque prides herself on making herself available to her agents and problem solving in difficult transactions. Nadine came to Arizona after receiving her bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to pursue her Master of Real Estate Development at Arizona State University. Nadine possesses the technical and creative skills of a designer and the advanced knowledge of development in order to create strategic moves towards branding and marketing. Nadine is a LEED Green Associate, member of the Urban Land Institute and plans to fuse her knowledge of architecture, real estate development and social media to assist in the forward advancement of the company.
Tracy A. Holmes, Executive Assistant
Tracy brings to her role as Executive Assistant close to 10 years experience managing multi-million dollar restaurants, training management teams, and a rapid rise in responsibilities since joining Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in 2006. With it she brings a dedication to excellence and a commitment to ensuring the success of those around her.
