As the Designated Broker for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Deems Dickinson strives for high ethics and professionalism in the business. His commitment to these standards includes serving as chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee for the Arizona Association of Realtors. With close to 30 years experience in sales and management, Deems has witnessed firsthand the growth and annexation of the communities of Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix.

As Branch Manager of the Scottsdale Waterfront office, Sandy shares her twenty-five years of real estate experience with the agents she supports, as well as with the Arizona real estate community. She has made significant contributions through her involvement with the Arizona Association of Realtors, and continues to serve on the Grievance Committee. Sandy prides herself on her accessibility to agents, and is committed to assisting each agent in developing the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.
Yvonne Kemmerer Branch Manager, West Valley
Yvonne Kemmerer brings her 23 years of expertise in real estate sales to her position as branch manager for Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty's West Valley office, where she is dedicated to helping develop and train agents to the company's demanding standards. Despite her title, Kemmerer considers herself more of a leader than a manager. By advocating first for the consumer by offering them only the highest levels of service and then for the agents by helping them develop their business, the company can only grow as a result.

Kevin Gonzales's passion for real estate began 13 years ago when he started with Russ Lyon Realty Company. That experience guides him through his duties as branch manager of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty's Pinnacle Peak office in North Scottsdale, where he oversees all facets of its operation. Kristie brings over 25 years of experience in real estate sales, training and management to her role as branch manager of the Perimeter office. She is dedicated to creating an office culture that is positive, upbeat and supportive. Sherri Darris-Monteith brings seven years of professional experience in her position as branch manager of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty's Sedona office. Will Rose Branch Manager, Tucson
Will brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Manager of the Tucson area for Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. His early years included a public relations career specializing in rock bands including the Byrds and Steppenwolf, followed by 17 years as an active screenwriter. Since moving to Tucson Will has acquired more than two decades of highly successful experience in the Tucson real estate market, seven years of which were in a management role.
Mike Balzotti Peak Training and Development
Mike Balzotti has owned, operated, and managed residential real estate companies for over 30 years. Mike's motto is people do business with whom they want to do business. Therefore, the operational goal is to provide a high caliber business milieu that continually seeks to refine and redefine itself accordingly; an organization environment that attracts engaging, serious minded professionals capable of delivering top-notch client services worthy of the Sotheby's tradition. With a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology, Mike has always sustained an interest in raising the bar in the industry, through enhanced education and developing a better working model for its practitioners.

As Vice President, Director of Relocation, for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Connie manages the company’s Relocation Division and works closely with local corporations and national relocation management companies moving families into and out of the State of Arizona. Connie has been in corporate relocation for over 30 years and has been recognized locally and nationally as a leader in the relocation industry.

Dave Balzotti has been providing technical assistance for the Valley's top brokerages exclusively for over 9 years. Known for his above and beyond technical assistance, Dave has earned a reputation for being extremely capable and efficient in problem solving. In addition, he is especially appreciated and lauded for his patience and the genuine interest he takes in serving Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty agents, meeting the demands of an increasingly technology-driven industry.
Jeff Wargon Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing for Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, Jeff Wargon brings close to 20 years of experience in generating marketing materials and providing top-notch customer service. He is involved with creating the company's upscale magazines that enable sales agents to professionally present their listings to the public while serving as a liaison between sales agents and print vendors. In addition, he oversees the company's informative, new monthly real estate newspaper.

Tracy brings to her role as Executive Assistant close to 10 years experience managing multi-million dollar restaurants, training management teams, and a rapid rise in responsibilities since joining Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in 2006.
