It wasn’t until 1961, however, when it became what it is today. At that point the residents opted to keep real estate zoning to one house per acre minimum, and to keep the community largely residential, which allows Paradise Valley to have a charm-filled ambience, and what transformed it into a place that is synonymous with luxury and high class.
